I work with clients individually, in pairs or small groups. I work with physiotherapists, so we can easily implement their recommendations into training, thanks to which you will quickly and safely take care of your health, improve your physical condition, improve your posture, or achieve a completely different training goal.
In the work of a personal trainer, I pay special attention to the health aspect. I care about the safety of my charges and try to infect them with a passion for sport and a healthy lifestyle. I mainly focus on introducing physical activity into your lifestyle so that you feel good and have energy to act.
If you have small children, you can come with them for training, we will build an obstacle course for them from pasta, sensory pillows, etc. and you will be able to practice under the supervision of a specialist.
